We start by taking professional photos of the home to be used in a successful marketing campaign.

We advertise through various marketing initiatives to promote your property and amenities to
find a good tenant.


When it comes to concerns with securing the right tenant, we conduct a thorough screening process and always aim to secure quality tenants.  We handle all inquiries and respond to telephone/text/email, set up showings, accept applications from serious potential tenants, qualify
the interested tenants
(including background, reference and employment checks)
and review applicants with
the property owners.

Collecting rent and anything else
that the Landlord requires assistance with, including cost recovery for  repairs, damages and late fees. We collect in a timely and efficient manner so that you avoid the stress and headache that can be caused by tenants or suppliers.

Marie and her team are here to help you with that.  She is more than happy to have this service added to your portfolio.  With over 30 years in accounting and finance experience, Marie knows what you need to understand your property finances better and make sure your investment is profitable.

& Repairs

Relationships are key for an
efficient team. 
 We hire and develop strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate the
best fees for quality and reliable services.  We supervise their work, and fina
lize the performance 
in a timely matter. 

To ensure we are not complacent with the same vendors and to give you the best options, we will seek
2 to 3 quotes on major repairs. 
In addition, we annually review all
of our vendors and the work they have performed over the course of the year.  This allows us to address any issues or concerns as well as negotiate pricing to ensure the
best rates and quality are offered
to the property owner. 
This continuous communication allows us to keep everyone on their toes while maintaining a strong and trusted relationship.

Our paperwork is produced to ensure the utmost professionalism, organization, and protection for
our property owners. 
Our documents are reviewed by
a certified (Licensed) Broker and
a corporate lawyer to ensure
the information is current,
correct and
meets the requirements by law and by
the RECA standards. 

 
We confirm all documents
are accurate and delivered to
the tenant and property owner
in a timely matter. We also make
certain there are no issues.

One of the major reasons people hire a property manager is to help them with the day-to-day management such as tenant inquires, requests, concerns,
conflict resolutions and paperwork such as move-in/out inspections and mid-term inspections.
