Pets and Smoking

 

Pet Care:

Our Pets are important to our home life experience as they are a part of our family.  We ask that you ensure that you care after them.  All pet droppings shall be picked up within 24 hours and placed in the outside garbage receptacle.Under no circumstance should cat litter, pet cage contents, etc., be flushed down the toilet or sink.

 

Smoking:

 

Smoking or vaping of any substance is not allowed by the Tenants or any guests of the Tenants in the rental premises or in the building. Any costs incurred due to violation of this no-smoking rule will be charged back to the tenant.

Other:

​

As a tenant, you are responsible for the repair or replacement of plugged toilets, sinks and drains, as well as broken windows, screens or light fixtures.Also, any damage caused by frozen pipes due to the fault of the tenant or tenant guest, falls to the responsibility of the tenant.
